- Why should I change my filter The filter provides germ and virus protection that lasts 6 months. If you would like to benefit from this feature then we recommend changing your filter every 6-8 months.
- How does a filter do that The filter is made in two parts. The first being a sediment filter that picks up particles that may be in the water, thus protecting the internal galleries from being clogged or any build-up occurring on the heating elements. The second is the nano silver filter with ceramic balls that helps remove bacteria, germs and viruses.
- BenefitsNot only does it keep the internal parts germ free, but it helps remove the nasties from the areas on the person that it washes. Studies have proven that this has been found to be particularly beneficial when it comes to reducing the recurrence of UTIs.
- What happens if I don鈥檛 change my filter It has been advised by the manufacturer that the maximum lifespan for a filter is 6 months. If used for longer than the recommended time period the filter may clog or degrade, which may result in the filter leaking.
