I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work HDReno has done for my apartment. From the very beginning, Rico has been professional, hardworking, reliable, honest and genuinely caring.
The quality of the work is excellent, the pricing was very reasonable, and everything was completed within the timeframe he promised. But what really stood out to me was that Rico never made me feel like I was just another client. He treated me like a friend and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the result.
Whenever an issue came up, Rico didn’t just tell me about the problem — he found a solution and took care of it. He made the whole renovation process so much easier and less stressful for me.
He also handled communication with Strata and dealt with some difficult situations involving my neighbour. He handled everything calmly, professionally and respectfully, which I really appreciated. I always felt that I had someone I could rely on and that I was never left to deal with problems on my own.
Rico also has a fantastic team of workers. They are hardworking, respectful, professional and work so well together. Everyone was helpful, and their teamwork made the whole renovation run smoothly.
It’s not easy to find someone who combines great workmanship, fair pricing, reliability, honesty and genuine care for their clients — but Rico truly has all of these qualities.
I am extremely happy with the final result and so grateful to Rico and the entire HDReno team for all their hard work. What could have been a very stressful renovation became such a smooth and positive experience, from start to finish, without unnecessary conflict or stress.
