1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and resalable in the same condition as received.
  • Products that have been used or are not returned in their original packaging will not qualify for return or credit.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale, clearance items, and customized products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Custom-sized stone tops
    • Stone tops with cut holes
    • Custom-made vanities
    • Smart bidet seats
    • Cut-to-size linear grates
    • Nano-coated shower screens
    • Custom-made shower screens
    • Spa baths

2. Return Period

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

3. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of approximately 20% will apply for returns made within the 30-day return window.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Return Authorization

  • Customers must obtain return authorization by completing the Return Form on our website.

6. Return Shipping

  • After submitting the online Return Form, you will receive Return Shipping Instructions via email within 48 hours.
    • Be sure to check your inbox and spam folder for this email.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Items should be installed by a qualified plumber or installer to avoid voiding the warranty.
  • Do not install items with visible faults. If damaged or defective, fill out the Warranties and Services Formonline or email us at service@hdreno.com.au for a replacement or refund.
  • Exchanges may be offered for certain items—please contact customer service or use our live chat for assistance.

Quick Tips for Urgent Returns:

  • If you need the replacement item urgently, consider placing a new order while your return is being processed to save time.

  • Ensure the item is securely packed as received and include your order or invoice number on the parcel.
