We offer nationwide delivery. Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, Allied, TNT, Hunter Express, Comet Transport, and local delivery services.
二.Warehouse Locations
Our primary warehouse is located at: 1/113 Punchbowl Rd, Greenacre NSW 2190
Additionally, we have other warehouses across Sydney. Different products may be stored in different locations. If you require self-pickup, we will provide the nearest available warehouse address after purchase. If you specifically need to pick up from 1/113 Punchbowl Rd, Greenacre NSW 2190, please inform us when placing your order, and this may extend the pickup time by 2-3 days.
三.Order Processing, Pick Up & Delivery Time
Once an order is placed on our website, customers will receive an automated order confirmation email.
- Processing Time: Orders typically require 0-3 business days for processing before shipment. In most cases, processing is completed within 48 hours.
- Pickup Orders: If the product is in stock, pickup orders are generally ready within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with the reservation number and pickup details.
- Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, a notification with tracking information will be sent.
- Estimated Delivery Time: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
- Metropolitan areas (all states): 2-7 business days
- Regional areas (all states): 5-15 business days. Actual delivery times depend on the courier service.
- New Metro Local Deliveries: Orders within a 2-hour driving distance from our warehouse may be scheduled for Saturday delivery. You will receive a notification via phone, email, or SMS the day before. If you have any special requirements, please notify us at least two days in advance to avoid any misunderstandings or delays.
- Standard Courier Service Limitations: Standard couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

- All orders are processed and dispatched as soon as possible. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the shipment date and include business days only.
- While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as public holidays, peak seasons, or courier disruptions.
- During Christmas and promotional periods, please anticipate possible delays due to increased order volume.
四.Final Delivery Considerations
1. Delivery Location
1.1 Standard Delivery Areas
To ensure the safety of our delivery personnel, all deliveries are strictly limited to ground level (first floor only).
1.2 Remote Area Deliveries
Some courier networks do not provide doorstep delivery to remote areas. In such cases, packages will be delivered to the nearest logistics depot, Australia Post office, or collection point, and customers will be notified for pickup arrangements.
2. Special Product Deliveries
2.1 Large Items (e.g., Shower Screens, Vanities, Bathtubs)
For large and heavy items such as shower screens, vanities, or bathtubs, we recommend having someone available at home to receive the delivery. This allows for inspection of the product upon arrival and ensures safe unloading.
2.2 Tile Deliveries
- For tile deliveries, please ensure a forklift is available on-site or that the area allows crane access for unloading.
- If neither a forklift nor crane access is available, we will not be able to complete the delivery, even if a crane is provided.
3. Delivery Fees
3.1 Single Delivery Attempt
The delivery fee covers one delivery attempt only.
- Missed Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable at the provided address, an additional re-delivery fee may apply. Customers are advised to be present at the designated location to avoid extra costs. Any additional charges will be communicated prior to the second delivery attempt.
3.2 Special Circumstances
- Elevator/Stair Access: If delivery involves carrying items upstairs or if an elevator is unavailable, additional labor costs may apply.
- Difficult-to-Access Locations: If the delivery location is hard to reach or requires multiple personnel for safe handling, additional resources may be needed, resulting in extra charges.
