1. Eligibility

Trade accounts are available to registered businesses, sole traders, or industry professionals with a valid ABN or business license.

 

2. Account Approval

All applications are subject to review. We may request business documentation prior to approval and reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

 

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 business hours.

3. Trade Pricing & Discounts

Approved accounts will gain access to exclusive trade pricing. Discounts may vary by product category, order volume, or account activity. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

4. Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum spend required to place a trade order.

 

5. Payment Terms

All trade orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise arranged in writing.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping rates apply unless otherwise specified.

Regional or oversized items may incur additional charges.

One free shipping is available on orders over $3,000 AUD (excluding GST), within business address.

Shipping must be paid upfront at the time of purchase. 

Once the order has been successfully delivered, we will refund the full shipping cost back to your original payment method.

To claim the refund, please contact our team with your order number once delivery is confirmed.

Trade customers may also arrange their own freight or pickups if preferred.

 

7. Returns & Claims

Claims for incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Change-of-mind returns or custom items are non-refundable.

 

8. Account Use & Conduct

Trade accounts are strictly non-transferable and must only be used by the approved applicant or business entity. Abuse or resale at marked-up prices may result in termination.

 

9. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of breach of terms, fraud, or prolonged inactivity.

 

10. Amendments

Terms and conditions may be updated without notice. Continued use of the account implies acceptance of any revised terms.

We reserve the right the refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

11. Best Price Guarantee

We are committed to offering you the best value. If you find a lower advertised price on the same product from an Australian competitor (including GST and shipping), we will match it or beat it.

To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical in brand, model, and specifications
  • The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer (no marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or private sellers)
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery
  • A valid proof (such as a link or official quote) must be provided at the time of request
  • The price match request must be made prior to purchase
  • Excludes liquidation sales, pricing errors, and special promotions (e.g. clearance, bundles, coupon-based discounts)

We reserve the right to verify the competitor's offer and reject unqualified claims at our sole discretion.

 

12.Out-of-Stock Products

In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, our sales team will contact you promptly. You will be offered two options:

1A full refund for the unavailable item, or

2A suitable replacement product of similar value and specifications (upon your approval)
