- Products that have been used or are not returned in their original packaging will not qualify for return or credit.
- Non-Returnable Items: Final sale, clearance items, and customized products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Stone tops with cut holes
- Custom-made vanities
- Smart bidet seats
- Cut-to-size linear grates
- Nano-coated shower screens
- Custom-made shower screens
- Spa baths
2. Return Period
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of approximately 20% will apply for returns made within the 30-day return window.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Return Authorization

7. Damaged or Defective Items
- Items should be installed by a qualified plumber or installer to avoid voiding the warranty.
- Do not install items with visible faults. If damaged or defective, fill out the Warranties and Services Form online or email us at service@hdreno.com.au for a replacement or refund.
- Exchanges may be offered for certain items—please contact customer service or use our live chat for assistance.
